Not really my style

But I know this will get some of you meat eaters salivating. From one of the chefs at work:

"Hello there foodies. Please join us next week for a Head to Tail menu. We have acquired an entire cow from the fine folks at Humbolt County Grass Fed Beef. All week we will showcase a different cut of beef. Other cafes will be offering some of the beef on their menus next week as well. We will be brining, curing, smoking, and "molecularizing" some cuts for your future enjoyment. Save a carrot and eat some locally raised grass fed and finished beef!"

No sir, they do not mess around.
